This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases from Miracle Wizard.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment providers and automatically charged for each recurring order until you cancel your subscription. The price, delivery frequency, subscription discount, shipping charges, taxes, and estimated next billing date will be disclosed during checkout.

Your subscription will continue automatically until canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through the subscription-management link included in your order or subscription emails or through your customer account.

Depending on the available options, you may be able to:

  • Cancel or pause your subscription

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Reschedule an upcoming delivery

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update your payment method

  • Change the quantity of your subscription

Changes must be completed before the next subscription order is processed.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee:

Cancellation takes effect once completed and stops future subscription renewals, charges, and deliveries.

To prevent the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

If you request cancellation by email, please include the name and email address associated with your subscription so we can locate your account.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by the same published 30-day satisfaction guarantee that applies to eligible one-time purchases.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for a previously processed order. Returns, refunds, replacements, and satisfaction-guarantee claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription Changes by Miracle Wizard

We may change subscription prices, discounts, benefits, products, or other terms by providing advance notice when required by applicable law.

Any material change will apply only as permitted by law. You may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
